Hill Inlet Lookout
On Ice will have you en route to Whitsunday Island, home to the world’s purest silica sands and simply breathtaking views. Arrive at Tongue Bay and embark on a light bushwalk that will take you to Hill Inlet Lookout. Don’t forget to keep your eyes peeled for rare, migratory birds, impressive green ant nests and native, sprouting yams! The lookout at the top holds stunning, panoramic views of Whithaven’s swirling sands and turquoise water, so don’t forget your camera on this journey! This creamy, azure natural masterpiece was made possible by ancient currents and volcanic activity, so listen out as your guide illuminates Hill Inlet’s rich history!
Whitehaven Beach
Once you’ve snapped the perfect shot, head on down to Whitehaven Bay and dig your toes into some of the softest sand you’ll ever feel! Consisting of 98.9% pure silica, Whitehaven’s shores hold some incredibly mystical qualities. Indulge in a long, beach-side stroll at any time of the day without worrying about that pesky, too-hot toe problem as silica is a fantastic heat reflector! Or, grab a handful of sand and polish up any silver jewellery you have for a fine-silica shine! Take a dip in the crystal clear waters and let the salty ocean wash away your worries. Or, if you’re more of an adventure guru, take a hike along one of Whitsunday Islands many bushwalking tracks and bask in an abundance of luscious, tropical rainforests!

This surreal ride is your window into the motley-coloured coral gardens and the friendly creatures that inhabit them. Any excess luggage can be stored at our Airlie Beach Travel Shop for an affordable price. Located at 344 Shute Harbour Road, Airlie Beach.
You will also need to bring your own alcoholic beverages, available for purchase in town. No glass bottles permitted (with the exception of wine, champagne or spirits).

Departure time: Please note that ALL GUESTS are required to arrive at the vessel 15 minutes prior to the departure time. Failure to do so may result in missing your departure.

You will be sent an online check-in to complete prior to departure. Once you have completed the online check-in, you will be sent an email with a map and boarding pass. You MUST be able to show this boarding pass on the day of travel in order to board the vessel. If you encounter any problems during this process, please contact Whitsunday Sailing Adventures.
Please note that reconfirmation or check-in troubleshooting cannot be done through Sailing Whitsundays, and must be actioned directly through Whitsunday Sailing Adventures.
Cancellations
Client Cancellations:
All cancellations forfeit 25% of the recommended retail price (RRP) - not the discounted/sale price. Cancellations made 30-14 days prior to travel date forfeit 75% of the RRP. No shows or client cancellations made within 14 days of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price.
Transfers between tours can be made at the supplier’s discretion, however, it should be noted that supplier fees may apply. Tour transfers also incur a $20 administration fee.
It is compulsory that all cancellation requests are in writing and sent via email to admin@mr-travel.com. Cancellations attempted via online chat or phone will not be actioned.
Supplier Cancellations:
The Service Operator reserves the right to alter prices, alter itineraries, apply a fuel surcharge, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport and vary itineraries and services if necessary.
All departures and itineraries are subject to weather. Tours may be changed or cancelled for any reason at the discretion of the Service Operator. If the Service Operator has to cancel the trip or activity (prior to departure) and we cannot offer a suitable alternative, then a refund will be given minus a 20% administration fee and any associated card fees. We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance, especially during the wet season.
In the unlikely event of your trip being cancelled or stood down, all guest communication is required to go through our Online Store via telephone or email. While there is a Sailing Whitsundays retail outlet located at Airlie Beach, please be aware that they operate as a separate entity and are unable to access reservations made by the Mr Travel online department.
Refunds:
All refunds are in Australian Dollars and must be made to the card of payment. Sailing Whitsundays/Mr Travel is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations or fees, or any other merchant/bank fees associated with domestic and/or international transactions.
Where a full refund is applicable, there is the option to transfer the whole cost of the tour to another tour or “Credit” to avoid the administration fee. A transfer fee of $20 will apply.
You will be emailed confirmation once the refund has been processed. Once the refund has been processed, it may still take time for the banks to clear the amount. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to clear into Australian accounts and up to 21 business days for international accounts.
Accountability/Misconduct:
All Service Operators have the right to provide client feedback and to cancel bookings based on feedback from other Service Operators.

Sailing Whitsundays/Mr Travel will treat this as any normal client cancellation and therefore the cancellation fees stated in the Client Cancellation Policy will apply.

Terms and Conditions
Important Information:
The minimum age for children is 10 years of age. Any guests under 18 must be able to swim.
Guests under 18 cannot be booked into shared accommodation unless a private group will fill and occupy the entire shared area. Alternativelytively, the parent/ legal guardian must occupy the shared area with the minor, or simply book a private cabin for themselves and the minor. Please note that there are no shared single beds together in the same shared area, they are spread out around the boat.
This is a water-based activity, for safety reasons ALL passengers must be able to swim and speak fluent English.
This sailing adventure is only suitable for active people. A basic level of fitness and mobility is required. As a guideline, guests should be able to climb a ladder easily.
Your Responsibilities:
Please advise us before booking if any passengers are under 18 years old to ensure this is the appropriate trip.
You must reconfirm all booked tours prior to travel as specified on your voucher. If applicable, notes such as dietary requirements, pick-up locations and additional fees should also be confirmed at this time. Reconfirmations cannot be actioned through Sailing Whitsundays/Mr Travel and must be done so directly through the Service Operator as specified on each ticket.
It is your responsibility to notify us of ticket discrepancies. Please read through the details on your voucher thoroughly to ensure all details such as passenger names, ages and dates of travel on vouchers are correct.
It is the responsibility of all passengers travelling to advise both your travel agent at the time of booking and the vessel check-in agent before boarding of any medical conditions including food allergies you may suffer from.
You need to allow adequate time to check-in prior to the specified departure time.
Prices/Extra Costs:
All prices are stated in Australian dollars and include GST. Surcharges over peak holiday seasons may apply.
The Service Operator reserves the right to alter prices and extra costs. Extra costs may include EMC fees, Stingersuit/Wetsuit Hire, Luggage Storage, Insurance, Linen Hire, National Park Fees, Fuel Levies, Dietary Fees, etc. Bonds may also apply.
We will also endeavour to communicate these extra costs with you at the time of booking, and on your ticket. However, it is your responsibility to confirm which (if any) additional costs apply with each Service Operator upon reconfirming your trip.
Travel Risk/Insurance:
It should be noted that adventure travel involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard clients, we cannot be responsible for personal injury or loss due to the actions of our clients which are beyond our control. We highly recommend that all clients have travel insurance covering illness, injury, loss or damage to personal belongings and not being able to travel on the confirmed date of departure. You should also ensure your travel insurance will cover special circumstances including weather events preventing guests from travelling to their tour departure destination and cancelled flights due to unforeseen circumstances.
Merchant Fees:
Please be aware operators pass on credit card merchant fees so there is a non-refundable 1% surcharge for VISA and MASTERCARD card purchases.

Can I bring children on Entice II?
Yes! But there is a minimum age of 6 years old.
Can I bring my own alcohol on board Entice II?
You are permitted to bring your own alcohol. Just keep in mind that small glass bottles are not permitted (like beer, cider, pre-mixed spirits).
Where does the boat depart?
Entice II departs from Coral Sea Marina in Airlie Beach.
Is there a parking facility at the marina?
Yes, Coral Sea Marina has a large carpark where you can leave your car for the duration of your trip (daily rates apply).
Is Entice II air conditioned?
Unfortantely there are no air-conditioners on board, but the cooling seabreeze should do the trick!
Can I smoke on board?
Yes, but only in designated smoking areas.
Does Entice II cater for vegetarian, vegan etc diets?
Yes they do! Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any dietary requirements (gluten-free, celiac, lactose-free, dairy-free, vegetarian or vegan) so we can ensure that these are accommodated for in advance.
What if my phone dies? Can I charge my phone on board Entice II?
As there is limited service throughout the Whitsunday Islands, and no Wifi on board, you likely won't need your phone. However, if your phone does happen to die, there are USB charging ports in the cabins and main saloon for you to use.
Are there hot showers onboard Entice II?
There are 4 bathrooms onboard, including 3 ensuites and 1 shared. All have hot showers!
Where can I leave my extra luggage whilst on tour?
There is secure luggage storage at The Travel Shop towards the top of Airlie Main Street, which will cost around $6 for the day.
Is Entice II wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, the layout of Entice II means that it isn't accessible for passengers in wheelchairs. View our full list of Whitsundays tours that are wheelchair accessible.
Can I come on Entice II if I can't swim?
This is decided on a case-by-case basis, and would need to be discussed at the time of booking
What is the weather like in the Whitsundays?
Weather in the Whitsundays varies drastically depending on which time of year you visit! During the Summer months (December - April), expect hot humid weather with a higher chance of showers. From May - November, it's generally much cooler and less chance of rain!
What activities are included on Entice II?
As well as snorkeling, Entice II has stand up paddleboards, sea scooters, and a glass-bottom canoe available for use!
Do I need to bring my own towel?
Bath towels are provided, but it's recommended to bring your own beach towel!
Is there drinking water available on board Entice II?
Yes, please bring a reusable water bottle with you.
What should I bring with me on tour?
A small soft bag with changes of clothes, swimwear, toiletries, beach towel, re-usable waterbottle, sun protection, a camera and any drinks you may want during the trip! It's also worth bringing slightly warmer clothes for the winter evenings.
How many crew are there onboard?
There are two crew members onboard, a skipper and a host.
Is all snorkelling equipment provided?
Yes, all your snorkel gear as well as other water sports are included.
What shoes are most practical to wear?
Whilst on Entice II, everyone is required to be barefoot on the boat. When doing the bush walk to Hill Inlet, it's definitely worth bringing thongs/sliders/sandals/trainers as it can be quite rough underfoot.
What is the difference between Entice and Entice II?
Entice and Entice II are identical sister vessels, so they have the same layout and accommodations. They also have similar itineraries, though there is no set itinerary as exploring the Whitsundays is highly dependent on the weather and tides. If one boat is full, you can book the other and have a similar experience!

Our sailing trip through the Whitsundays with Captain Glenn and Chef Sabian was easily our favorite part of the entire trip! From start to finish, it was such an amazing experience. The vibes were so fun and relaxed, the food and the accommodations were great. Everything was so well organized, but still felt fun, laid-back, and personal. We honestly couldn’t recommend this experience enough. If you’re visiting the Whitsundays, BOOK THIS TRIP! It was without a doubt our favorite part of our trip!
