Please bring only a small soft bag with:
- Change of clothes

- Your own set of fins if you have them
No suitcases or bags with wheels are allowed.
In need of somewhere to store your luggage while you're away? We've got you covered! Come down to The Travel Shop (344 Shute Harbour Road, Airlie Beach) to drop your bags at our secure luggage store.
You will also need to bring your own alcoholic beverages, available for purchase in town. No glass bottles are permitted (with the exception of wine bottles).

Cancellations
Free Cancellation - Up to 30 Days before departure.
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before departure incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No shows or client cancellations made within 14 days of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price.
Terms and Conditions
To enable us to meet our duty of care and establish an acceptable level of risk, EACH passenger must have a clear understanding of safety directions and instructions given in English by the crew and be able to complete the required safety forms in English. A passenger is only able to participate in water activities if they have a level of swimming experience. If a passenger is unable to swim they will still be able to participate in the sailing trip, but will not but able to participate in water activities such as snorkelling. In order to meet our minimum safety standards, passengers must be able to exit the vessel unassisted in the unlikely case of an emergency.

Where does the vessel depart?
Whitsunday Pearl departs from Meeting Point C, South End Coral Sea Marina. Please meet 30 mins prior to departure.
Is there a minimum age?
Whitsunday Pearl is suitable for adults only, so the minimum age is 18 years old.
Is there drinking water onboard?
Yes, charcoal-filtered drinking water is provided at all times on Whitsunday Pearl.
Can my dietary requirements be catered for?
Yes, all special dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc can be catered for. Just keep in mind that there will be a small additional fee of $15pp per day to accommodate your needs.
Can we smoke onboard?
Yes, there are designated areas on board where smoking is permitted.
Is snorkel gear provided?
Yes, snorkelling equipment including a snorkel and a mask are provided on board.
Is Whitsunday Pearl air-conditioned?
Yes, there is air-conditioning on board. There are also fans in the cabins.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes, you can BYO on Whitsunday Pearl but please don't bring glass bottles.
Where can we store our luggage while we're on the tour?
You can store any extra bags at our Airlie Beach Bag Storage located on the main street, for a small fee.
Can we charge our devices on Whitsunday Pearl?
Yes, there are plug sockets in all of the cabins, as well as the main saloon area.
Are there hot showers?
Yes! All 4 ensuite cabins have hot showers.
Do I need to bring a towel?
Nope! Bath towels and beach towels are provided on Whitsunday Pearl.

I normally don’t do tours, but this one was very special and absolutely stunning. Captain Alex Foreman was the perfect host and captain, providing the exact right mix of activities and sailing, information and quietness. Skipper Donna cooked better than most chefs and was the most helpful companion you can imagine. The spots around the Whitsundays that we crossed were so well curated by Alex, and they included everything for everyone: Snorkeling, beach time, scenic boat rides. So worth the price
Very much enjoyed the trip with captain Alex and Eva. We went to amazing spots and got great information about the area. We stayed away from the big crowds. Very well done!!
