Holiday Surcharges
- Tours at sea between the 24th of December to the 2nd of January will incur a local payment once-off fee of $20 per person per night, payable direct at check in.
- Tours departing on Easter Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday will incur a once-off fee of $20 per person per night, payable direct at check in.
What to Bring
Please bring only a small soft bag with:
- Change of clothes
- Swimwear
- Toiletries
- Insect repellent
- Water bottle to refill
- Camera
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Sun protection (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses etc.)
- Warm clothes/pullover for evenings (seasonal)
Excess luggage can be stored at our Airlie Beach Travel Shop in town. Please stop in between 9am and 6pm!

Cancellations
We strongly recommend that all guests hold comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for cancellations and unforeseen circumstances.
Free cancellation - upto 60 days before departure.
Cancellations made between 31 and 60 days before departure incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No shows or client cancellations made within 30 days of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price.
Terms and Conditions
Hamilton Island departures are only available on a minimum 3-night charter. Hamilton Island departures are 6 pm and return at 9 am on the final day.
The specified deposit amount is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 2 months prior to departure. Failure to pay the remaining balance before the due date may result in termination of the charter (cancellation fees apply).
To enable us to meet our duty of care and establish an acceptable level of risk, EACH passenger must have a clear understanding of safety directions and instructions given in English by the crew and be able to complete the required safety forms in English. A passenger is only able to participate in water activities if they have a level of swimming experience. If a passenger is unable to swim they will still be able to participate in the sailing trip, but will not but able to participate in water activities such as snorkelling. In order to meet our minimum safety standards passengers must be able exit the vessel unassisted in the unlikely case of an emergency.

Where does Whitsunday Pearl depart from?
Pearl departs from Meeting Point C, South End Coral Sea Marina. Please meet 30 mins prior to departure.
Is there a minimum age?
All ages are welcome on a private charter on Whitsunday Pearl. If you're travelling with children under the age of 6, please let us know at the time of enquiry so special accommodations can be made.
Is there WiFi onboard?
Yes, Whitsunday Pearl has Starlink WiFi so you can stay connected during your charter.
Is alcohol included?
Alcohol is not included but you are welcome to bring your own. Just avoid bringing glass bottles on board.
Can I smoke on board?
Yes, you are permitted to smoke in the designated smoking areas.
Can I charge my phone on board?
Yes, there are regular Australian powerpoints in each cabin, and in the saloon where you can charge your devices.
Is there drinking water on board?
Yes, Whitsunday Pearl has a filtered drinking water tap on board.
Do I need to bring a towel?
No, beach and bath towels are provided for you!
Are there hot showers?
Yes, the showers in the ensuites are all hot water showers.
Is Whitsunday Pearl air-conditioned?
Yes, there is air-conditioning on board. There are also fans in the cabins.

Excellent. Good, knowledgeable and very competent skipper; even better hostess/2nd mate; was taken by surprise to have a ‘voly’ on board as well as had not been forewarned or asked if I was OK with it, which I would have expected - but she was great and added to the entertainment and experience.
A Whitsundays Experience to Remember – Memories to Last a Lifetime Our skipper, Andries, and our hostess, Natalia, struck a perfect balance—warm and engaging when we wanted to chat, yet respectful of our space and need to unwind. Boat was luxurious, Natalia prepared delicious meals.
